MI YARD POLICIES

Check-in 3:00 p.m.  Check-out 11:00 a.m.

Reservations: May be made by telephone, email or online and confirmed with a major credit card (Visa, MC, Discover) and payments may be made in cash or by credit card.

Cancellation policy: Must cancel at least 14 days prior to arrival date or one night's stay will be charged. If reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours before check-in, there is no refund, and the full stay will be charged. A $25 administrative fee applies to all cancellations.

Other policies: 

• SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY
• Sorry, no pets (May we refer you to some fine local doggie/kitty spas?)
• We are not handicap accessible
• $25 additional charge per person over 8 guests
• Children 12 years old and above welcome.
• Must be 21 with a major credit card to make reservations.
• Guests will be responsible for paying for any damages caused directly or
  indirectly by themselves or their guests during their stay. Guests are charged a $25 maintenance fee if the kitchen is not left in a cleanly manner. All room rentals are subject to 15% City of Austin bed tax.
